Interested in joining the House Of Truth?
- Monday thru Thursday from 6 pm – 10 pm
- This is a mandatory 12 week program.
- The House Of Truth only accepts 10 students for each session.
- Registration is on a FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE BASIS.
- We recommend you continue coming to practice after the 12 week course, for no additional charge, in order to gain even more knowledge and experience.
- We also train managers, referee’s, valets and female wrestlers.
It is a requirement that all managers and referees are trained the same way as Pro-Wrestlers. We work as a team and therefore we all need to know the same curriculum.
Basics
- Emphasis on the Basics such as bumping, locking up, and much more!
- Chain Wrestling such as headlock, wrist lock, hammerlock, full nelson
- Reversals and takedowns such as headlock takeover, waist lock takeover
Development
- Advanced moves such as Powebomb, Chokeslam, Powerslam, Spinebuster, DDT, Piledriver, etc
- Development of timing and ring positioning
- Ring Psychology
Technique
- Mat wrestling and working up from the mat
- Hitting the Ropes, proper footing and safety techniques.
- Moves such as shoulder tackle, bodyslam, hip toss, arm drag, etc
Perfection
- Learn the proper steps involved in putting a match together.
- Practice matches and critiquing with school alumni such as – Zach Gowen, Alex Shelley, Rhyno, and many more professional wrestlers
- Proper Locker Room Etiquette
Style
- Perfecting international spots
- Learn proper timing and positioning for spots.
- Submissions such as Figure Four, Sharpshooter, Camel Clutch, Sleeper Hold
Business
- If you don’t have proper locker-room etiquette you will not make it far in professional wrestling. Respect is a top priority and the H.O.T. will be sure you know how to act in a professional locker-room.
- The H.O.T. will help you develop your promo skills as well as ring entrances.
